Accepting doesn’t mean liking what You accept.

Accepting something is accepting something. It is not a loving or hating gesture. It is neutral acceptance of what is.

I know I struck a nerve when I said You will always be cheated on. And perhaps knowing that cheating is again out of your control you can let that nerve vanish, because it is okay. You will always be lied to, unless You are not, the possibility of hurt and infidelity comes from conditioning, because as long as Humans live with a mind and know nothing beyond it, there will be suffering. I am asking You to accept fully that You may be cheated on, again. I never asked You to like the idea, simply accept it as a rational viewer of life, that such an outcome, is possible. If such an occurrence happens, know it does not define your worth. In fact, how graceful would it be to look in the eye of the so called betrayer and say “I love You, I forgive You and will pray for how limited You truly are.” Then walk away no longer carrying sorrow nor past. You walk away, pure. Pure as can be. This is because in such a moment you will no longer be surprised. You would have seen it all and knew that worry or conflict of any kind changes and undoes; nothing. It won’t undo the pain to create pain of resistance like I did for many months before I recognized the reality of it. You remove the pain by no longer thinking of what is not happening right in front of You. It has happened. Worry won’t change an outcome or situation, and neither will guilt. This moment is changed by being new. Being true, seeing it for what it is and taking action. And if no action is possible or necessary, you will no longer hold on to an idea, to do so would be to take an ordinary innocent moment and change it into a miserable mental nightmare, convincing your body it being here and now is not enough. Telling your body that it needs to do something instead of being where it already is. Then pain arises in your body and you continue to tell your innocent body it isn’t doing enough or isn’t enough. If you drop all distractions to what is here and now you will notice your body is perfect. It is perfectly whole, complete and Joyous on its own. Without mental interference, it is perfectly whole. Try being here and now, don’t add sound or imagination, don’t add memory; be truly here. You will see the body in which you experience life never had any problems. This moment has zero problems. This moment is foreign to the idea of problems. A problem is a mental construction overlapped onto perfection.
